At SAME Lisboa, we strive to ensure that your products are delivered to you in a timely manner. For most of the products, orders within Lisbon are delivered within 1-2 days. The exact timeframe for delivery may vary depending on the product and location.
For some specific orders (e.g.: design cakes), delivery times may range from 2-5 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be subject to change due to external factors such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that we work diligently to get your goods to you as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer service within 1 (one) day of receiving your order, for assistance. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we handle return & refunds on a case-by-case basis.
